Lala Bodi is a seamless blend of dynamic movement and thoughtful meaning set to music that ties it all together and gets the bodi going. This powerful vinyasa practice isn’t just about building strength; it’s a sensory experience of self-discovery—blending the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of our being and allowing space for us to find our individual purpose in practice. It’s also about finding the fun.

We had SO_MUCH_FUN last month, we're coming back!

Join Laura for an all-levels vinyasa flow to wrap up the week and the month with some movement and fun! Lala's Friday Flows blend movement, meaning, and music into a warm practice that grounds and invigorates the body, nourishes the mind and spirit, and floats you into the weekend feeling strong, supple, and relaxed. 

We'll open with postures to bring warmth, breath, and blood flow throughout the body, gradually building to energizing sequences with plenty of opportunities to simplify and intensify as desired. Then, it's a sweet release into relaxation.

Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first or the 500th time, this practice offers a release and reset for every bodi.

 

 

Enjoy a midday springtime pause to connect with surroundings, refresh breath and body, and tap innate creativities with immersive nature-based movement, zen drawing, and photography amidst the unique geology of Baltimore’s Stony Run Creek. Join Lala Bodi Yoga founder Laura Glaeser (RYT 200) and artist/anthropologist Jana Kopelent Rehak for guided movement and meditative art-making using multiple techniques in a place where ocean floor, blue sky, and water all meet!​​​

I am a yogi and an anthropologist by training and by heart.

Two decades as a sociocultural anthropologist navigating international humanitarian crises and traveling globally showed me both the deep challenges people face and their incredible strength. While so enriching, over time the pace and demands of the work left me feeling disconnected from my community, my body, and even my own presence. In search of a change, I evolved my longtime personal yoga practice into yoga teaching and began rediscovering those connections. My passion now is to offer others' opportunities to reconnect with their bodies, breath, and surroundings, fostering a holistic approach to well-being rooted in presence, awareness, connection, and movement.
